no, there is a contract thru the NFL and Directv (AT&T) for tv and thru Verizon for mobile ; so you can only see what your local provider offers regardless of the chromecast (since you can't stream the games without the NFL ticket)

If you can find it online you are able to cast it through there chrome extension (note the chrome extension is still a beta). I know sling and NFL have an app associated with the chrome cast if you are willing to pay extra, I'm sure they play all games on those apps.
