• You should be able to as long as you can install Google cast app on your computer, You can cast most things from your computer to your TV using your chrome browser.

• Yes requires add on to chrome of lying works with pc and not a tablet or phone. Pretty easy though

• Chromecast allows you to cast across any webpage that you're viewing in the chrome browser. So you can open your movie website in chrome and then push it across to the chromecast. Sometimes it takes a few tries to connect (I think it might still be in beta) but that should work for you to stream web content from other sites that don't have chromecast support built in.

• Yes, but any time you are simply mirroring the screen, it will lag. Sometimes it plays fine, but inevitably you will lose quality.
