Yes. If you have a Chromecast device on and connected. Make sure your connected to your WiFi (it helps but not necessary). Open your Google photos app on your device and on the upper right side you shoud see the icon to cast, in this instance, to your Chromecast app. Click it. Choose your named device and voilá!
