• Only on your iphone, ipad or ipod touch device from the apple app store or your smartphone or tablet from the google playstore. you need one of those devices to control the content you cast to the chromecast

• Only the app for the chrome cast it's only for steaming music movies to your tv

• No, it doesn't work like Apple TV or a smart tv. It is just for streaming things off your phone like Netflix and YouTube.
