• There are no subscription fees or any other fees - just the product cost - you need to plug it it to the tv & a 110v regular household electric outlet or, if you have a tv with the USB plug , use that as the power source. The only subscription fee I have is netflix. I can cast local news live fee free from the news channel's website to the tv & the picture is amazing. No more paying for tv! Only the internet bill, which is still way less than the bundle.

• You pay for the device but must pay for the apps you wish to use if they require a paid subscription.

• No recurring cost. If you have an app that supports chrome cast you can stream through it. Like YouTube app

• Chromecast is essentially just a way to make things on another device bigger. If you pay for hulu and have it installed on your phone you will be able to cast it to the TV. This goes for any app like that (Netflix,hulu,HBO now)

• It works like Roku, it has no recurring fees itself, you just have to pay Netflix/Hulu/Pandora/etc for whatever subscription you want on your phone or computer.

• The Chromecast is used with either your computer/tablet/or phone so basically you send over signal from one device to the other that has Chromecast support.

• well roku can link you cable company which there fee.. chromecast is using for free to cast movie from live tv from laptop r cell at no cast... so i only use app problem that on my cell r computer ..... hope this help u
