Not unless you can view the BD disk in your PC Chrome Browser.

This product is run off of a phone and apps within your phone. Don't think it can run off the blue ray it does need Internet to use

Unless your Blu-Ray player has an HDMI in? No. It will work on the same TV provided it has more than one HDMI input.

If the BR player has a screen. Yes If not you can plug into a TV similar to a BR player.

If you have a Blu-ray player than you'd likely already have many of the functions the Chromecast provides. Most Blu-ray players have access to the same apps you'd stream with the Chromecast

I have both my fire stick and my Blu-ray player plugged in different HDMI ports. They work simultaneously.
