• Yes but there is no need for the Chromecast if you have a Roku TV. All the channels and apps are on the Roku so no need for the extra equipment.

• No, these products aren't made to be used simultaneously with eachother. However, the Roku unit will have a DLNA feature where you can stream content from your phone (or other unit) through your Roku (onto the TV).
