• Yes it does come with a power cord and brick. If you have a smart tv with a usb then all you would need to useis the cord.

• The device comes with a USB power cord that can be plugged in to the USB plug on the TV or use the included wall adaptor to plug directly to a power source.

• There is a power cord supplied. If your TV has a USB port, you don't need to use the power cord. If you don't have a USB port, one end of Chromecast will plug into an HDMI port and the other will plug into the wall.
