I used Chrome browser instead of safari from my iPhone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's best to use Google Chrome, a free, freaky fast, well-supported web browser available for iPhone. Using Chrome, you can easily cast any webpage or content onto the TV regardless of the site's intentional development for that medium. Some apps, like YouTube and Spotify, can cast directly to the TV; for other content, use Google Chrome (on a phone, computer, or other device).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Safari for iPhone and iPad do not presently cast to Chromecast, they cast to their itv devices. You can download Chrome browser and cast some streams but not universally. Some apps, like Plex for iDevices can also cast.
