Yes. You can watch three different shows on three different TVs at the same time. As long as there are three different Chromecasts connected to each TV. You would need to play each show with a different cast-enabled app. You can watch and use your computer or tablet at the same time as well. If you will use your computer, just make sure that when you cast a show from a Chrome browser, don't close the browser where the show is cast from.
