• This device doesn't do channels. Whatever device you're casting content from is your remote. For example, I use my Google Pixel phone. I watch Netflix thru the Netflix app on my phone. I can connect to the Chromecast device from my phone and when I watch a show, a cat icon appears that allies me to send the show to the TV screen instead of my phone screen. If I want to watch a different show on Netflix, I change it thru the app on my phone.

• This works with your phone, tablet, etc. I use it to watch my Netflix on which I have a subscription. Just open up the app you want to use, and hit the little cast button and it comes on on your TV
