We recommend ensuring that your setup meets the following requirements to get a strong Wifi connection and the best experience with your Chromecast: - A high speed broadband connection of at least 20Mbps with a secured wireless network. Note: A WPA2-Enterprise network connection is not supported. - A compatible mobile device or tablet that supports either a 2.4GHz or 5GHz connection to set up Chromecast. - Ensure all the devices you use to stream from and Chromecast are on the same Wi-Fi network and bandwidth (2.4GHz or 5GHz) for an easier and more reliable streaming experience. - Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is not congested. You may remove some of your connected devices to see if your Chromecast will have a stable connection. An upgrade of your bandwidth connection may be required if you verify congestion.
