“Can I just "surf the net" and shop using my TV which has larger screens?? I have 1 80 inch 4K, and the other 3 tv's are smaller. The smaller ones being just HD If I buy 4 (connect one to each tv) can I use it to "surf the net" on any tv of my choosing?”

I don't think you can search the net right out the box. But it might have an app that you can use. I tried search the net and had no luck. But I was able to put kodi on the stick from the stick it self.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can, but what I would do since you only have one 4k and three 1080p tvs just get the old version that plays 1080p and the new one that's gives you 4k, no reason why spend $10 extra on 4k that you will not use.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can choose to cast your phone screen onto the TV so you don't have to stare down at your phone while shopping. If you have 4 chromecasts set up on a different TV, you just select which TV you want to cast to.
