• It doesn’t have its own WiFi but it will let you connect via Bluetooth for streaming from any nearby device. I haven’t used this feature myself, but it should work.

• No. You need a WiFi connection. You could use the WiFi from your phone, but it would use a lot of your data. Maybe yours is unlimited.
