• If you have Guest Mode on, there will be a PIN on the Chromecast home screen that shows up for guests within view of the TV, to use.

• If you are on the same WiFi as the chromecast, anyone can cast.

• You have to be on the same network in order to cast to it. I couldn't answer your other questions as I have a different camera setup at home.
