• My phone came in excellent shape and I purchased 2 of the chalk color google pixel phones for my husband and I and they both didn't have any scratches.

• It really depends on the device and the condition you selected. I purchased a Pixel 5 a couple years back and when it arrived it looked to be in near new condition with very minor wear on the plastic housing. Still using the phone today and very happy with it.
