14 days warranty. You can take the product to the store and you do not pay fees to return the product
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this phone and was advised buy a Best Buy Rep. that it is returnable to the store within the 90-Day period from purchase. However, I would recommend you either going to or calling your local Best Buy to confirm this. On another note this is a great phone that was purchased for my Son and he has not run into any problems with his device. Good luck! TBM
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They say 14 days but I tried. It was a lie. It's not an unlocked phone. It's a lie. I bought it. They wouldn't let me return it either. Even with in the 14 day period. Now I'm stuck with a phone in ant use. I even spoke with Google and they said to return it but best nuy wouldn't let me.
