• Good day, Connor! Thanks for your inquiry! If you have the secure loop installed, you can open the loop by pulling down on its tab until it can slip off the wall mount. The wall mount uses a strong magnet. Grip the base of the camera and pull it away from the plate. After you’ve removed the camera, you can use the loop as a wrist strap to safely carry the camera.
