I haven't attempted this type of situation I would try to set up the camera you're buying with your own website or contact tech support for the product they are very helpful

Please try again later.All your son has to do is go into his Nest app, and go to the camera that will be going to your camera, click the settings button (gear in the top-right corner of the screen), then choose "Remove Camera". That will free-up the camera so you can add it to your own account.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried downloading the nest app on your phone. I have 2 houses and The nest app allows you to set up multiple houses and you can view them. I also have nest smoke detectors in both houses as well and manage them all on the nest app.
