Without a subscription you get 3 hours with a subscription you get up to 30 days. You do get a free 30 day trial when you purchase the camera.

You will only get 3 hours Frozen pictures when there is activity no video footage cameras useless without a subscription.

It is free with one month. I am still within this period of time, I am under the impression that you can view the live video but no recording. 10 days recording cost $100 a year.
