• Absolutely. However, you will need a phone that can "fling" video to your tv, either an Apple TV or Chromecast. Before the Apple TV got its own Nest app, I used Airplay to send the live feed to my TV.

• You can view videos at your Nest account on a web browser. So, if you connect your PC up to TV monitor through an HDMI cable it would be possible. It might also be possible if you have a Smart TV that supports a browser. I have a NUC PC connected to my TV so I can view videos easily.
