• It does which is a magnet mount. You’ll need to use the magnetic mounting disc, or attach Nest Cam Outdoor to a metallic surface.

• Yes, it comes with a 1" round metal disc and mounting screws. You mount that disc to a surface and then the magnetic base attaches to that. If your surface is already magentic, you do not need the metal disc and it will hold itself in place with magnets.
