• Use a browser from a PC... login to nest.com and go to the camera. Settings and notifications. Make sure push is enabled and create zones and make sure the boxes are check for each zone.

• You can follow the steps below to get alerts from your Nest camera to Nest app on your phone : 1- On the Nest app home screen, tap Settings. 2- Select Notifications. 3- Select the camera that you want to change alert settings for and select from the options below. You will have two options for notifications ; Push notification, and'or Email notification. You can select one or both of them.
