“I have windows that are shallow and do not allow space for Nest Detect sensors. Does anyone know of a window sensor that is skinnier and “works with Nest”?”

You can ask or request for a slim magnet. Or less carve out a small notch in the window frame to a ugly fit the magnet in

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The nest detect is designed so you don't need window sensors. It has a motion sensor built in. So depending on your room size, you may only need to mount one nest detect on a door and cover an entire room. They can be mounted anywhere including a corner when used as a motion detector. In that case, the magnet used to detect door or window movement would not be used.
