Unplug your wifi and replug or delete your door bell from your google account then reinstall.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue, but my doorbell was over 5 years old. There is a reset on it that I found when doing a google search. (You have to detach it from the wall and use a pin to put in the hole to reset). Mine stopped after a cold snap we had so it wouldn't come back when it warmed up. I had to replace it. If it went offline due to weather, wait till it warms up and see if it comes back before trying to reset.
