• The NEST hello doorbell and thermostats are now compatible with alarm.com

• I believe Nest is proprietary and only works with Nest Aware to store video from its cameras.

• Once the Nest Hello is installed (will my existing doorbell chime) still work or will this system require a completely new chime system?
