• As far as I know. No one has. Nest cameras require a Nest subscription to work. No local storage option is available.

• While I am not familiar with ONVIF I know that you can request a "public link" which will give you an address where you can see the stream. If you can capture that footage from the link some how to back up in synology then you may be good. I talked to one of the top support guys one day and I asked him if there was a way to manually back up and his best advice was to basically stream that to a PC monitor and have a program capture the video and then save somewhere.
