• This is wired to your existing doorbell wiring. The installation instructions are very good.

• No, uses your existing wires for existing regular doorbell. If you don't have an existing doorbell, you will need to run some wires but they have instructions for that method as well.

• No. uses your existing doorbell power. If you don't have that, you need to run a wire AND buy a 24v power supply.
