Yes, bit do a compatibility test by opening the panel and checking that all wires are usable by Nest. Or call their phone and they will quickly help...

You can check the compatible of the nest online at Nest's website. It will ask you to enter the wires for your current thermostat and then tell you whether or not it is compatible.

Pull the existing thermostat and see if you have enough wires for the Nest. It all depends on the furnace installed and wired.

You will need to remove the cover of the thermostat to see all the wires, but this tool should tell you.
If not, there is the option of sending a picture of your working to Nest, and they will tell you.
