Try running an update, make sure it's not too far from the router. Mine doesn't go offline unless after a power outage that resets my router
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is not your fault. Same thing happens to me. To be honest, the best way to avoid offline is not to change the temperature settings on your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have had ours go offline a couple of times. It seemed to auto-correct itself both times without any problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to reboot my router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It happened with mine too. I found out it was a low battery charge level that caused this. I checked with the Support dept and they had me check the battery voltage level via the settings menu, it was below 3.7V. My connection was OK, compatibility OK, but the only solution I found was to lower the display luminosity level to keep battery charge. I also found out there is a bug in the software update released Dec 2016 (www.bcc.com/news/technology-35311447) that may cause this and other stuff. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try reconnecting it to the internet so it can utilize the most recent firmware update. Check the signal strength of your home network as it might be having a hard time staying connected. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check to make sure that your router's wifi signal is good in the area where your thermostat is located. If the signal isn't good, consider getting a wireless range extender to improve the wifi signal. Also, check to see if you can assign a dedicated IP address to your Nest so that it doesn't expire and change on your Nest unexpectedly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe check your internet connection?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's your wifi that's dropping. Double check the setting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My thermostat went offline because my home internet service was interrupted. If you swapped out the wireless router you normally use, you have to change the wifi settings in the nest unit. If your service provider (verfizon, comcast, direcTV, etc.) has issues providing reliable internet to your house, your nest may also go offline.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
