Well, sorta'. If you get the Nest temp sensor it can go in that room and your E will base it's setting off of that sensor if you so choose. I have to manually change from the thermostat or that room sensor when I'm interested in keeping certain parts of the house cool.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.as far as i'm aware this will only run 1 zone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have true dual zones, then No, you still need two different stats for the dual zones just like the old stats. You can setup one stat with relays to run two zones, but you will have a huge temp difference in each room, one will be too hot/cold than the other room. The Nest stat can run dual zones or more. If your old thermostats are currently working as dual zones, just swap out the old thermostat with the Nest stat, unless your old stat uses 120V instead of the 24V, but you can add 24V relays for the Nest stat to work on 120V systems. I do this as a living in industrial building automation systems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i had to buy two nest, one for each zone
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. This thermostat does not support zones. I think the EcoBee thermostat might.
