Do you need WiFi fo run the sensor? null

Nest Temperature Sensor doesn't need Wi-Fi and connects to a Nest thermostat over Bluetooth within 50 feet of the thermostat. No, the sensor is Bluetooth and communicates with the nest thermostat, you do need wifi for the thermostat.
