You may want to check and see how many devices are connected to your wireless router at any given time. I've found that most broadband providers own routers can only handle maybe a dozen devices connected at once. I'm having this problem right now (4 speakers, 4 phones, 2 xboxes, 4 PCs, doorbell, 2 Smart Cams, Nest Tablet, 5 Smart TVs), and the only solution is a router capable of more simultaneous connections. Mine is constantly dropping random devices from the network when phones/TVs access WiFi. I've got a router inbound that can accept up to 100 devices at once. Upgrade your router or you'll just be having the same issues regardless of what doorbell you use. Hope this helps!
