• I work at the Best Buy in Rockford, IL. We didn't receive a single Pixel 2 today. Which is disappointing since I pre-ordered one. Apparently not all stores are getting them at the same time. Its definitely Google's fault. I'd call your local Best Buy.

• They should be, I would still call ahead to your local store to ensure they received them in. If they were in transit they may arrive at different points throughout the day.
