“I plan on switching from verizon to sprint and using this phone after switching. What is the best way to go about it? Should i buy the phone for full price at BB and take it to a sprint store? Or will BB handle everything?”

I literally just did the same thing. But I returned back to Verizon. You have to buy out your phone because the Pixel is a Verizon exclusive phone. You have to go on My Verizon and pay it off or you have to switch phones but Sprint will pay off the balance. Having Sprint, their phone speed is quite slower than Verizon in my opinion and you'll be stuck with some extra things for a few months before you can remove them like phone protection.
