• Yes, the Pixel 3 XL is an unlocked phone that works on pre-paid ATT plans. Just put your sim card into the new phone and your connected.

• Hi NA, This is the unlocked US SKU and therefore compatible with at&t. The Pixel 3a and 3a XL support Nano SIM and eSIM. This device does not come with a SIM card. If your carrier supports eSIM, you can activate it with them. If your carrier only uses physical SIM cards for activation, we recommend reaching out to them for assistance.
