• I don’t know a lot of activation plans but what I know about unlocked phones is that you can change the sims in every place you go. I had the chance to try mine in Mexico and the US, and you can buy a different sim

• Yes, It works as I carried to India and I am using it now. And you may get one speaker for free. Don't know if offer is still there
