“How is the voice quality for listening to people talk? (I have hearing difficulty)”

• I have no problem hearing people on this device. Android does have a setting called Accessibility where you can adjust the display, the interaction controls, audio & on screen text. Also Best Buy gives you 14 days to return the device, however there's a small restocking fee if it's been opened.

• The phone doesn't have a top earpiece speaker. It uses vibration to emit sound thru the glass. Not good for those who can hear very well.
