• The Pixel 5G is an Android phone and not a Windows phone. There is no new phones using Windows and hasn't been for years. The most current phone from Microsoft uses the Android operating system.

• Little known fact, Google own Android, the same way Apple are the owners of iOS. This being the case, when you buy a Pixel, you get 100% Android - the Android system that Google intended. As opposed to Samsung and the rest of the companies who use Android but butcher the software and dilute it with their own ‘front end’ ‘add on’ software. If you want to use Android and want to get the complete Android experience - buy a Pixel. They are great phones, very underrated.
