Will this phone work in India if I import it from US? null

It will work just fine! There's usually zero difference between a US and international model of a phone, except for LTE band support. US phones always have the most LTE bands as the networks operator among far more frequencies than most nations. I've frequently imported international models and they'll work, given the correct LTE bands are available.
