• A:Answer I found that in order to get the most accurate trade in estimate, it is best to use the Best Buy website on a laptop and then do the trade in estimate when you add the Pixel 7 to your cart. The estimate that it gave me was what I got in store, so it seems to be accurate. I hope that helps!

• A:Answer I pre-ordered a pixel 7 on 10/09 and a pixel 7 pro on 10/12, I only got $200 gift card with pixel 7 pro but $100 gift card was never delivered with pixel 7. I called customer support helpline today 11/27 and they said because I am calling after a month they can't help me. The only reason I called late because I was out of the country and just returned on 11/25. Q: QuestionI wanted to buy this unlocked to use on Xfinity service. It says it's unlocked yet it makes you choose one of the major carriers and of course Xfinity is not a choice. Has anyone got 1 unlocked through Best buy and successfully used it on Xfinity?

• A:Answer It only works on T-Mobile or Play (unofficially). Just VoLTE works, no VoWifi or 5G support. Check list of LTE bands listed in phone specs against ones that your operator operates. Some bands may be not available for use. It's usually better to buy an European version of the phone that may be more compatible than American though in recent years most flagships have become quite global.

Q: QuestionWill this work on the T-mobile 5G network? Is this Pixel 7 Model GVU6C or GQML3? I understand Model GVU6C does not support 5G mmWave20: Bands n260/n261. Are these bands required for T-Mobile 5G network?

• A:Answer The MPN number is GA03923-US. My research has shown me that this is linked to model GVU6C, MPN number GA03523-US has shown me is linked to model GQML3. GVU6C does not support mmWave,(supports just Sub6), but the GQML3 does, along with Sub6. mmWave bands n260/n261 are not required for T-Mobile, but according to their device compatibility specs on their website, they use bands n260 and n261 for 5G UC, along with band n258. Tech specs are posted in the Google Store and also on the T-Mobile website. They are a must read. The device compatibility check with the IMEI number through the carrier website will also be of great help.

Q: QuestionWhat is the model number for the unlocked Pixel 7? Google's website lists model numbers like GQML3 and GVU6C. Best Buy's model number doesn't match Google's numbers.
