Hi there, first of all i doubt using a knife to open a new phone that u don't know how to turn on was a smart idea.... I'd send it to the place u bought it from in that case it being best buy, i guess u can give it a try and send it back or take it to geek squad at ur near by best buy.. but then again if it turns out to work ur responsible for the scratches...
