Can I buy the card in USA and use in Mexico? null

You can buy this anywhere its available and use anywhere because just as long you have a google account you can buy this any state or country where available and add it to your google account in any state or country.. you know this isn't a gift card that can use to purchase anything in stores like for example a Visa gift card you can purchase anything in any stmretail store in any country which takes Visa.... maybe your confused between the 2.
