No. You need to subscribe to Internet service from an Internet service provider such as Comcast. This will only give you wireless access in your house/office to the Internet service.

This creates WiFi portals, so you don't have to be connected to a wire at all times, you can create a wireless home network via wifi to connect different devices but you still need and Internet Service Provide(ISP)

No, it does NOT provide internet service. It just extends the internet service you already have.
