I have Xfinity internet 150 speed and have several devices some my Ring cams on the outside of house get weak signals would this help or should I get a higher internet speed null

You need a stronger Wi-Fi signal outside the house. To do this you could use a Google mesh three pack and put one of the mesh units near the outside walls where your cameras are.

Speed should not be an issue, my connection to my outside patio is pretty weak as well. My suggestion would be to put on the guest network to avoid congestion, or to place a mesh point closer and or purchase another mesh point.

Nothing can help you get better speed other than spending more money on your provider service. This will get you better service inside your home.
