Google states even large homes shouldn't need more than 6, but there isn't a limit but they suggest at most no more than 14. And the whole system works kind of like a cell phone network where they handoff as the signal degrades to the next point and so on so they all have the same SSID.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure if the number of devices is limited but I do know you can buy additional units. And they all will be on the same SSID, which is a beautiful thing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. This is exactly how this product works. Through the app you tell it how many nodes you want to include in your mesh network. It helps you place them and configure each one. Adding and removing a node is easy too. Start with the 3 pack and go from there.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The answer is Yes, if you are looking to connect several Google Pods to one wifi network name. As far as I know, there is no restriction to the number of wifi Pods you can connnect. They are all identical. The one that is connected to your cable modem becomes your Main or Primary. The name that you give that one becomes the name of the wifi network or SSID as I understand it.
