You can set up each of these devices as a primary device in separate houses. You would need 3 separate Gmail accounts to manage each device. They can only be managed from the phone app and need a google account for the app to work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Google Wifi is not a router, its to wirelessly expand the Internet connection you are receiving from your ISP. The 3 points are meant for the same network -- you have to plug one directly to your main IPS router (which becomes the "Primary" point), and the other 2 points wirelessly connect to the primary point.
