“I have Spectrum Cable and Internet and Voice. Just bought a Google mesh wi-fi 3pack Router system and Netgear CM700 Modem. I want to replace my spectrum modem with one I bought and son hooked up my Google wi-fi mesh want to ditch the Spectrum voice also”

This does not have modem capabilities and will not replace the modem you are renting from your cable company. There is also no way to connect a phone line to it either as it is not a modem.
