• The Google WiFi mesh network will automatically choose the best network for your device. If you have more than one mesh device connected it will jump to the one you are closest to as well.

• Not only does it select the best channel, it also selects the best frequency band between the 2.4gHz and 5gHz bands. It constantly monitors network connection quality and intelligently makes the changes as required.
