• No. You need to subscribe to Internet service from an Internet service provider such as Comcast. This will only give you wireless access in your house/office to the Internet service.

• This creates WiFi portals, so you don't have to be connected to a wire at all times, you can create a wireless home network via wifi to connect different devices but you still need and Internet Service Provide(ISP)
